Terms of use

Last updated: June 2026.

Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms of use (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the site domolovi.com (the "Site"), published by FC Finances S.à r.l. ("Domolovi").

Article 2 — Access to the Site

2.1. Access to the Domolovi catalogue is reserved for professionals in interior design, architecture, decoration, as well as art directors and project managers (the "User").

2.2. Access is conditional on creating an account and on Domolovi validating the request within 48 business hours.

2.3. Domolovi reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to grant, refuse or revoke access to any applicant or User, without having to justify its decision. Admission to the catalogue is neither a vested right nor an implicit contractual commitment: it falls under a private-invitation policy specific to Domolovi.

2.4. Domolovi further reserves the right to refuse or suspend access to any User in the event of a breach of these Terms or for any other reason it deems appropriate.

Article 3 — User account

3.1. The User undertakes to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.

3.2. The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials. Any connection using their credentials is deemed to have been made by them.

3.3. The User undertakes to inform Domolovi without delay in the event of loss or unauthorised use of their credentials.

Article 4 — Use of the Site

4.1. The User undertakes to use the Site in accordance with these Terms and applicable regulations.

4.2. The following are notably prohibited:

  • any reproduction, extraction or reuse of content outside the authorised professional context;
  • any attempt to gain unauthorised access to reserved areas;
  • any action liable to disrupt the operation of the Site.

Article 5 — Intellectual property

All elements of the Site are the exclusive property of Domolovi or its partners. No licence is granted to the User outside strictly professional use for the needs of their projects.

Article 6 — Site availability

Domolovi makes reasonable efforts to ensure the availability of the Site but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance work may cause temporary unavailability.

Article 7 — Liability

7.1. Domolovi uses reasonable means to ensure the accuracy of information published on the Site but cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions.

7.2. Domolovi shall not be held liable for any indirect or intangible damage resulting from use of the Site.

Article 8 — Personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy policy.

Article 9 — Amendment of the Terms

Domolovi reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Article 10 — Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Luxembourg law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.
