Terms of sale

These Terms of sale (the "Sale Terms") govern the sale of furniture, lighting and accessories offered by FC Finances S.à r.l. ("Domolovi") on the site domolovi.com and to its professional Clients.

Sales by Domolovi are strictly reserved for professionals in interior design, architecture, decoration and fit-out, acting in the course of their professional activity.

3.1. The Client builds their project via the Domolovi catalogue or by engaging a project manager for bespoke operations.

3.2. Domolovi issues a detailed quote within 48 business hours. The quote specifies the price of the products, production lead times, transport costs and any information relating to the order.

3.3. The order becomes firm upon signature of the quote and payment of a deposit of 50% of the gross amount.

3.4. The balance is due when the order enters logistics, before dispatch.

4.1. Prices are stated in euros, excluding taxes. Applicable taxes are specified on the quote.

4.2. Prices are valid for 30 days from the date of the quote.

4.3. Transport costs to the delivery site are specified on the quote.

5.1. Production starts upon signature of the quote and payment of the deposit.

5.2. Indicative production lead times are 30 to 60 days depending on the reference.

5.3. International sea freight represents approximately 45 additional days.

5.4. Domolovi uses reasonable means to meet the announced lead times. Any significant delay is notified to the Client.

6.1. Delivery is made to the site indicated by the Client at the time of the order.

6.2. Coverage extends to Europe and the Middle East. Any other destination is subject to a specific quote.

6.3. The transfer of risk takes effect upon delivery on site.

6.4. The Client must inspect the condition of the products on delivery. Any reservation must be recorded on the delivery slip.

Each order is covered by the insurance policy taken out by Domolovi, guaranteeing replacement-value compensation in the event of loss, damage or theft during transport.

8.1. The products benefit from the statutory warranty against hidden defects.

8.2. Any claim for an apparent defect must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery.

8.3. Any commercial warranties granted by the manufacturers are specified on the quote.

The products remain the property of Domolovi until full payment of the price.

10.1. Orders are firm and final from the payment of the deposit.

10.2. In the event of cancellation by the Client after production has started, the deposit paid is retained by Domolovi.

Domolovi shall not be held liable for any delay or non-performance resulting from a case of force majeure as defined by Luxembourg and European case law.

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy policy.

These Sale Terms are governed by Luxembourg law. Any dispute is submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.
